Each player may hold exactly one evobet account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than registering again.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits stated at the point of offer. Attempting to abuse promotional structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — is a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the evobet Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. evobet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets or winnings.
evobet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. evobet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any information provided at registration changes — including your name, address, email, or mobile number — you must update your account promptly. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
evobet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary depending on your location and account status. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment originates from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account in the account holder's own name. evobet reserves the right to return funds to the source account if this requirement is not met.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your evobet balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the originating financial institution. evobet is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification. evobet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals may not be requested while a wagering requirement on bonus funds is outstanding unless the player agrees to forfeit the remaining bonus balance.
evobet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. We reserve the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, we may be required to file reports with relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet ID has been issued by the Platform. evobet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known, bets placed by a player suspected of match-fixing or collusion, and bets placed in error due to a technical fault producing clearly incorrect odds.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet. evobet publishes odds on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, and other international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Market availability may vary.
In-play (live) betting is subject to connection stability and real-time data availability. evobet cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets for any specific event. Bets accepted during a brief suspension of live odds are settled at the odds in effect at the time of acceptance, provided those odds do not reflect an error or a known outcome.
A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant market rules, if a technical error resulted in the bet being offered at manifestly incorrect odds, or if the event does not proceed in accordance with the conditions under which the market was offered. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
Bets are settled following the conclusion of the relevant event, subject to verification of the official result from recognised data providers. evobet aims to settle all bets within a reasonable time frame. In cases of result disputes, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) is final.
evobet offers live casino games, slot titles, and arcade games provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective studio.
evobet does not control the random number generation (RNG) or live dealing systems operated by third-party studios. All game outcomes are determined independently of evobet by the studio's certified systems. evobet acts as a reseller and integration layer only, and accepts no liability for errors arising from a third-party studio's game engine or live stream.
Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are set by the game provider and are not modified by evobet. Published RTP values are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by evobet are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible markets, and expiry dates. Where these Terms conflict with the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is communicated at the time of offer. Real-money funds in your account balance are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
evobet monitors promotional participation for abuse patterns. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, using automated betting tools, and sharing bonus codes in a manner inconsistent with the promotion's intended audience. Where bonus abuse is detected, evobet reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the account.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the evobet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the evobet Platform — including but not limited to the evobet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces supplied by evobet (as opposed to third-party game studios) — is the intellectual property of evobet or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of evobet.
Game content supplied by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. evobet licenses this content for delivery to players and does not claim ownership over it.
evobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at evobet.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
evobet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required by law or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if evobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
evobet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their evobet account in the twelve months preceding the date on which the claim arises.
evobet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as BPL matches and ICC tournament fixtures, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
evobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is using the account for money laundering purposes, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules. Any remaining real-money balance (after forfeiture of unearned bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
evobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification or, where no date is specified, on the date of publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. evobet operates primarily for players in Bangladesh and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.

Where a complaint relates to bet settlement, the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body is final and binding.
